I came to Lauren as a new-ish resident of Greenville, SC. I'd lived here for 2 years in an apartment and was ready for a home, but that was about all I knew. I didn't know what area I wanted to live in, if I wanted a townhouse or a single family house, if I wanted 1 or more stories - you get my drift! Lauren had to be one of the most patient realtors I have ever worked with (this is my 4th home purchase). She listened to my changing whims as we looked at properties, helped me to understand navigation in the area and asked the right kind of exploratory questions to help me figure out what it was that I wanted. She helped me to find a beautiful new construction home that is in a quiet neighborhood. After the contract was signed, Lauren took over communications with the builder and checked in with me regularly (the home was still under construction). She and her team made sure that every question I asked was answered (timely) throughout the process, and she was there to help me celebrate at closing. I have never had a home-buying experience where I felt so taken care of and heard. She also connected me with a designer to help me may my house a home. This was the easiest and best home buying experience ever.
